Data protection declaration for applicants (according to GDPR)
IMONA-Consulting collects and processes personal data of applicants as part of a recruitment process. The company strives to be transparent about how it collects and uses this data and to comply with existing data protection regulations.
What kind of information do we collect?
IMONA-Consulting collects information about you, including:
● Your name, address and contact details, including email address and telephone number;
● information about your qualifications, skills, experience and employment history;
● Information about your current remuneration
● Information about your right to work in the EU, if required by our customers
IMONA Consulting collects information in a strictly regulated manner, as it comes from application forms, CVs, on social media sites or through interviews or other forms of evaluation. We store your data on our server, secured in other IT systems (including email).
Because we do not act as an employer, we do not collect data on anything other than those listed above. IMONA-Consulting never collects or stores sensitive data (data that are of racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or membership in a union, genetic data, biometric data, data on health or data on sex or sexual life orientation of a natural person)
How does IMONA-Consulting handle personal data?
As part of our Executive Search & Recruiting activities, we have to process data in order to work with you on possible job offers.
We are interested in the processing of personal data during the hiring process. This enables us to manage the hiring process, evaluate and confirm a candidate's suitability for employment, and share our sourcing results with our customers.
If your application is unsuccessful, IMONA-Consulting will ask you for permission to save your personal data if there are future employment opportunities for which you might be suitable.
If you do not agree, IMONA-Consulting will destroy your personal data, including résumés, emails etc.
Who has access to data?
Your data will only be passed on to potential future employers for the purpose of recruiting with your consent. This includes members of a potential employer: e.g. B. Personnel and recruitment teams and involved line management, and it can also include the Applicant Tracking System of potential employers.
How does IMONA-Consulting protect your data?
We adhere to the rules of the GDPR for the handling of data. We have internal policies and controls to ensure that your data is not lost, misused, or disclosed, and is only accessed by those involved in the hiring process.
How long does IMONA Consulting store data?
IMONA-Consulting does not save your data for future employment opportunities for longer than 6 months or until you revoke your consent. When submitting your CV, you will be asked whether you give us your consent to store your data in order to be considered for open positions.
Your right to access your data
As an applicant you have the right:
● obtain and receive a copy of your data upon written request;
● ask the organization to change incorrect or incomplete data;
● request that the organization delete your data (right to be forgotten) or no longer process it
